If you are a first time EFT or Hypnotherapy client, you are required to schedule a free 15 minute discovery phone call before booking your first coaching session to learn about EFT and Hypnotherapy and how it can benefit you and your lifestyle. 

I am very flexible, if you don't see a time that works for you, please email me at liz@tapintohealth.net to arrange a specific time.

One-on-one sessions are 60 minutes in length and can be held via phone, Zoom video call or in person at my Cleveland office. All sessions are Eastern Standard Time Zone. If you choose to use Zoom, I will email you a private link for our session one day in advance.

My hours are flexible, if you don't see a time that works for your schedule, email liz@tapintohealth.net and we can coordinate a time that works for you. 

Evening, weekend/holiday or emergency sessions are subject to a price increase that will be discussed with the client prior to scheduling.

Group sessions range from 30- 90 minutes in length and can be held via Zoom video call. All sessions are Eastern Standard Time Zone.  If you choose to use Zoom, I will email you a private link for our session one day in advance.

Payment must be received in full prior to any one-on-one or group session by Venmo, Square or PayPal. My sessions are not covered by insurance. Invoices or receipts for services are available upon request.

All cancellations must be received with a 24 hour notice or the client will be subject to the full payment for the session that was booked.
